What can e-stablish do for me?
e-stablish offers establishment of companies across the globe. On our front page the different jurisdictions are devided into the following catagories: companies in Denmark, companies in Europe and offshore companies.
That way, you gain a quick overview of the options available to you. Under each category we have specified the benefits for the specific category, and you can learn more about the various jurisdictions.
We have decided to show you 24 of our products specifically on the website. The ordering of these can be completed by using our simple payment system. We offer establishment of companies in far more countries then those described on the website. Should you therefor not find the country you were looking for, please note it in out contact-formula and we will contact you as soon as possible with a proposition.

What do I need when placing an order?
You will need to provide indentity information (personal data) for the person placing the oder, owners of financialk assets, and the company’s management. A photocopy of passports for confirmation is to be provided before the final establishment of the company. Whether this is provided during or after the order is voluntary.
If the order is being placed on behalf of an existing company, the compnies CVR number must be stated when placing the order.
What kind of timeframe should i expect?
Processing-time depends on the chosen jurisdiction and type of company. In most cases we will be able to establish your company within 3 business days, and in some cases within 24 hours. Below each product the estimated processing-time for the specific jurisdiction is noted. Please not that processing-time may be affected by local circumstances in the various countries.
Are there any running expenses after the establishment?
All prices listed are all-inclusive. This includes any surcharges and/or fees to the local authorities. In certain jurisdictions there are annual fees to cover renewal and running expenses. Should such a fee be relevant it will be clearly stated under the specific product.
Is my order binding?
As a rule your oder is considered binding as soon as payment has been recieved. However, all new clients will be contacted to ensure that confirmation as their status as a client and for confirmation of their order as soon as the order has been placed.
