General
No order is binding, and payment will not be carried until you have been contacted by one of our barristers to confirm you final status as client. Confirmation as client status is carried out to ensure that all terms and conditions as well as relevant legislation is conformed to before completing your order.
Furthermore, confirmation is carried out to ensure that you receive the correct product suited to your needs.
Ordering
Orders are placed via the e-stablish website by filling out the necessary forms with the required information. The information you provide e-stablish will be used exclusively to ensure we have the necessary information when purchasing one or more of our products.
Indentity information and money-laundering
e-stablish is subject to legislation pertaining to the prevention of moneylaundering and financing of international terrorism. As a result of this, we are required to gather all needed personal information for all our clients.
All information pertaining to identity is registered by e-stablish and stored according to current legislation, whereafter the information is delted.
When gathering your personal information on our website, we ensure it happens with your full consent, so that you are clearly informed about what information is being gathered and why.
All information is encrypted and stored according to client-confidentiality agreements. This information is not delivered to any 3rd party.
Confidentialty
All our employees are bound a by a non-disclosure agreement. All information received by us is treated confidentially. At this point it is not possible for e-stablish to encrypt e-mails forwarded to you.
Responsibility
You are personally responsible for ensuring the information you provide is correct. Abuse of the website will be logged and legally prosecuted.
Right of revocation
You have the right of revocation until you order is finalized. As the products are custom-tailored to each client, the right of revocation no longer applies as soon as the order is being processed. Processing is considered and commenced when payment is received.
Conditions of payment
All payment done online via Dankort, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express, VISA, VISA Electron and JCB is not subject to any additional fees. By sending you invoice via normal postal service we claim the right to append a surcharge.
Disputes
Any possibly dispute pertaining to your order is always attempted solved through dialogue. Any dispute between client and e-stablish is to be solved in accordance to the danish Association of Lawyers’s rules.
